Had a great stay at this venue for 3 nights, overall it was amazingly comfortable with 3 beds.

The breakfast is absolutely superb and marvellous, offered with fresh fruits and an omelette, as example...

Excellent quality accommodation with PERFECTLY COMFORTABLE setting so close to many good restaurants, convenience stores, money exchange, airport and the new Sky Tower and a large shopping mall.

Disappointing breakfast.

Everything was simply spotless. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a glass-walled observation deck was marvelous and stunning. - What's more, it was just off the largest, most amazing 5-floor mall in Santiago. - Excellent service, just what we needed.

The a double room is bright and has tv area and coffee. The breakfasts are absolutely superb and marvellous with pastry, fresh fruits and an omelette. The hotel provided a FRIENDLY customer service during our business trip. Furthermore, they have a free parking.

Their breakfast is disappointing, can be better.

Well laid out and quiet rooms with extremely comfy beds, separate lounge and coffee.

Staff here is amazing and provides excellent service; the double room I stayed in had a great bed and overall, the place is impressive.

I arrived tired, wanting to rest, my stay was only one night, when I arrived at 15:00 exact time I was told that the room was not yet ready to wait, I gave the classic drinks and began to pass the time, passed half an hour after that I say that the piece is not ready yet, I was taken to another for the time (being that I had reserved suite, with whirlpool etc.).), they took me to a small room, where I was waiting 1 hour more, without being able to rest really since they were supposed to warn me as soon as the room was ready, after 2 hours! they moved me to the presidential suite (that although the upgrade of the room is appreciated, it only had more size than the room that I had previously reserved, and in these cases my intention was to rest. Finally I lost 2 hours of rest and stay and I was only "rewarded"? for a bigger piece and a bottle of sparkling wine, at the end of the day I was charged the same full price for everything ( being an expensive hotel, do the math of 2 hours lost in a night of rest).

Nothing to highlight.

We had a snag. We booked a suite room well in advance. When we arrived it seemed that they didn't have the room ready, but we were assigned one shortly, which for me was a quick response; however, the room assigned to me had a broken door, that is, the card that opens the door didn't work. So the hotel staff had to go to the room to try and open the door. We had the inconvenience that in the evening, we arrived from a tour and had a dinner scheduled. The hotel staff could not open the door for more than 40 minutes. When we entered, the time had passed and we could no longer go to the dinner we had. We opted to go to the hotel restaurant, but by the time they were closing. That night we didn't have any dinner. It doesn't qualify as a five star.

This place has a well laid out room with 3 beds that is fairly quiet, and its central location next to shopping centres and a big mall is convenient.

The cleaning of the room

We died of cold all night the heating wasn't working for three times we complained calling the reception desk they only came three hours later and at 12 o'clock at night they went inside the room to remove the dirt from the pipes with some appliances my son woke up they didn't solve it neither did they offer to change our room we all woke up sick... breakfast two times I had to say to them that the milk of the thermos was frozen the swimming pool climatizada did not have maintenance they were passing the barre bottom to him to the 16 hours and they did not let to us enter we waited and they made us happen but all the rest without cushions closes to the 20 when in all the hotels of that category they close to the 22 I did not like it at all it is not worth the price and following day when I presented the problem to him of the heating they only made us a 20% of discount to nothing... two hours hoping that somebody appeared to give ma face

Location and facilities.

The room without hot water, the pool didn't work, staff opened the door of the room at 8:30 in the morning without authorization, waking us up at 11 in the morning, a staff person asks us what time we are going to leave! We called to see the shower solution and were told they had a room available but had to wait for an appointment, as it was shared, which is unusual on a hotel level of this category. And finally, they doubled the charge on my card. A terrible experience, in terms of staff management and incident resolution seems a fourth category hotel! . in competition hotels with lower value and stars, if they do not solve a problem in 20 minutes the stay is free, in this case, the experience and satisfaction of the guest is what matters least to them. Unlike other hotels of the same NH chain abroad, Chile's is an embarrassment.

The place was clean with a nice design. the staff were polite and welcoming. - the location was marvelous, nearby an underground station. - There was a pretty good restaurant, chemist's, and supermarkets next door.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival. The foyer is beautiful and there is nice bar.

We ate in the restaurant both nights, the first night we handed back a full plate of food and the waiter did not ask if everything was ok. The second night I was given a dish I didnt order and when I complained the waiter shrugged his shouders and didnt come back to our table. Upon checkin out nobody asked if we had enjoyed our stay so there was no further opportunity to clarify what had happened.

An excellent location, spacious room, clean venue, super fluffy beds, would whiten it impeccably. breakfast is excellent, staff is very friendly and human touch is a highlight in all the employees. I will stay again and I will recommend it, it is very comfortable and a very nice place, quiet.

The bathroom smelled of sewage intermittently during our 4-night stay. The room reserved with two single beds was not ready the day we entered despite entering after 8pm, however they compensated us by giving us two single rooms for one night, which stood out as an effort to please us. We broke a bottle of the frigobar at night (10:30 pm approx) and we were more than an hour waiting to come to clean, after 3 calls to reception. The infrastructure of the hotel corresponds to a 5 star hotel, but in services we still need a little bit. The above is perfectible so I will be back soon
